Is Art in Chadwick International Unfair?
Especially after this year’s upper-year musical ‘Embracing Miracles’, it is still even more astounding to see Chadwick hold an even larger event. The school has recently been informed of the Middle School Drama Festival held by the International Schools Theatre Association (ISTA). It is an event held from December 1st to 3rd, one in which students with passion and interest can delve into their curiosities even further with the support of experienced professionals.

Chadwick Partakes in PSPD’s 923 Climate Justice March
On September 23rd, more than 30,000 citizens of all ages and groups, passionately marched through the streets of Seoul. More than 600 different organizations of laborers, farmers, women, the disabled, and more participated. Amongst many environmentalists and inspired figures, members of the Chadwick Sustainability Council and GIC (Greener is Cleaner) walked along with cardboard signs that held impactful messages, such as “I stand for what I stand on,” or “Eco not Ego.”

When is Donating Enough?
Events like the Annual Fund are quite foreign to students. When asked about it, many do not even know of its existence. What is the Annual Fund? How does it work? If any, is there an intended meaning behind this yearly event? Curious, I reached out to someone in charge of the Annual Fund. An opportunity to discover more about Annual Funding Week came in the form of an interview. Dr. Huh, in charge of external affairs and development at Chadwick International, was generous enough to share details about the Annual Fund, and her future hopes for this “culture.”
